Smash through the brick wall, push through the corridor, persevere through the fear and reach your hopes and dreams.

Easier said then done? Failed strategies are displeasing but try and try again. There must be at least one coping strategy that works for you. What is it?

I am currently trying possitive afirmations at night time. It plays quietly and seeps into my subconscious whilst I drift off into a slumber. Will let you know how it goes.
