A day for you…

unday feeling…

Cleaning, bathing, cooking, movies = ♥perfect Sunday♥ for me. What makes yours?? What ever day of the week, make time to enjoy what you like doing and be mindful as to why? If you are mindful and take the time to really enjoy something, almost disect and strip back to the reason why doing something makes you happy, opens up such possitive emotion, then when you are down, anxious, in pain… try to conjure up that happiness to put you in a better place and out way unhappiness.

Much easier said then done for me but with much practice, apparently this technique has even saved lives!
